Zoé Nur Erol Ozilhan, LL.M

​Zoé Nur graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law, Istanbul with a full scholarship and has been admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association since 2010. She holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Law from Galatasaray University, Istanbul.

Before joining AND Legal, Zoé Nur worked at leading international law firms in Istanbul and Paris, advising both international and local clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. She has over 10 years of experience in the French market, gained through both private practice and in-house roles at global organisations where she provided comprehensive corporate and administrative legal consultancy.

She regularly advises companies, investors and financial institutions on corporate governance and regulatory compliance as well as on joint ventures and corporate restructurings. Her in-house experience enables her to offer pragmatic, business-driven legal advice aligned with clients’ operational and strategic objectives.

Zoé Nur is fluent in English, French, Turkish and provides legal services in all three languages. She is based in both Paris and Dubai and actively represents AND Legal, particularly in the UAE and France, contributing to the firm’s international growth and client portfolio.
